TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement

By accessing or using SAY, BOSS. at sayboss.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SAY, BOSS. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. What We Provide

SAY, BOSS. is a subscription-based platform that lets you generate documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using AI. We provide the platform “as is.” We don't guarantee that outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific legal, financial, or professional purpose. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in any consequential context.

3. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We use Supabase magic links for authentication — never share your login links.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

Credits are consumed when you run a bot task. Credit amounts are shown before each task. Trial accounts receive 20 free credits. Paid plans include monthly credits that reset on your billing date — unused credits do not roll over.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; your current billing period remains active. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Refunds. If you experience a technical failure that results in credits being consumed but no file being generated, contact us within 7 days and we will restore those credits. We do not issue cash refunds except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use SAY, BOSS. for lawful personal and business purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform in a way that disrupts service for other users.
  • Resell access to the platform or automated outputs without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or fraudulent documents.
  • Circumvent credit limits or attempt to access features beyond your subscription tier.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your Content

You own the prompts you submit and the files we generate for you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts through our AI pipeline solely to produce your requested output. We do not use your content to train models or share it with third parties outside of our service providers.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload (including spreadsheets) does not contain confidential information belonging to others without appropriate authorization.

7. AI-Generated Content

Outputs from SAY, BOSS. are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. You should independently verify any legal, financial, medical, or technical information before relying on it.

8. Intellectual Property

The SAY, BOSS. platform, branding, and underlying code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission. Generated output files belong to you — we claim no ownership over content you produce using the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAY, BOSS. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAY, BOSS. and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice of material changes. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and a prorated refund for any prepaid subscription period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
