TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement

By accessing or using SAY, BOSS. at sayboss.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SAY, BOSS. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. What We Provide

SAY, BOSS. is a subscription platform for small federal contractors. It scans SAM.gov for opportunities matched to your company profile and generates working proposal documents — compliance matrices, capability statements, past-performance writeups, and proposal skeletons — from solicitations you upload.

Machine-extracted outputs must be reviewed. Our documents accelerate the mechanical work of proposal production; they are not a substitute for your professional review of the solicitation. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of anything you submit to a contracting agency. A missed or misread requirement in a generated document is not grounds for liability on our part.

3. Your Account and Your Content

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account secure. You must be legally able to enter contracts to use the Service.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the documents we generate for you. You grant us only the limited license needed to process them and deliver the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models (see our Privacy Policy).

Do not upload material you lack the right to process, or classified, CUI, or export-controlled material. The Service is not FedRAMP authorized and is intended for your own pre-award business development documents only.

4. Plans and Billing

Plans. Scout includes opportunity scanning and the daily digest. Proposal adds unlimited document generation for one seat. Team adds seats and a shared pipeline. Plan features may evolve; material reductions will be communicated ahead of your renewal.

Trials. New subscriptions include a 14-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from Settings — cancellation stops future billing and your current period remains active. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law. If a technical failure prevents a document from generating, contact us within 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

• No reselling, scraping, or programmatic bulk extraction of the Service.
• No uploading malware or attempting to access other tenants' data.
• No use that violates procurement law or the terms of any solicitation.
• One company profile per subscription; seats on the Team plan are for your employees or 1099s.

6. Third-Party Data

Opportunity data originates from the SAM.gov public API and is provided as-is. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions in SAM.gov data, and an opportunity score is an analytic aid, not advice to bid or not bid.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost proposals, lost awards, or bid protest costs.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we delete your data per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.
